Kevin has more than 15 years of research experience involving brand development and advertising, customer acquisition and retention, and product innovation. He’s an expert in using qualitative and quantitative methods to build comprehensive brand perspectives including management, employees, customers, consumers and other stakeholders. Kevin serves as research director for Channel Harvest, an Aartrijk affiliate that conducts syndicated research projects. He’s also a frequent guest lecturer in graduate and undergraduate marketing and market research courses, and he holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Kevin is on temporary hiatus from Aartrijk, having answered the call to return to U.S. Navy active duty in South Korea for a special assignment.
