		<description>This doesn&#039;t really surprise me. Aside from the obvious potential bias you alluded to in your post, people tend to stick with what they know and what they are comfortable. I would venture to say, though, that we&#039;ll see a shift in the trend towards more use of social media over the next couple of years. Additionally, as the demographics shift for employees and prospective customers, we&#039;ll begin to see more use of social media environments as the optimal means for communicating with them.</description>
